Frequently Asked Questions
General Questions
-
What is LVaggregate.com?
LVaggregate.com is an online platform that connects Contractors (who need materials hauled) with Owner-Operators (who have trucks available for work). Our platform serves the construction and landscaping industries in the Greater Las Vegas area, making it easy to post loads, find haulers, and keep projects moving.
-
How does the platform work?
- Contractors post loads specifying material type, quantity, locations, timing, and more.
- Owner-Operators browse available loads and request to book them using their approved trucks.
- Contractors then review all interested owner-operators and approve the best fit.
- Both parties will receive email notifications throughout the process.
- Contact information is available so both parties can communicate quickly and discuss details as needed.
- The platform does not manage the financial transactions between the parties.
-
Do contractors ever pay?
No. Posting loads is free for contractors forever — no trial period, no beta pricing, and no launch offer that turns into a bill. LVaggregate is funded by the owner-operator subscription instead, so contractors can post as many loads as they need at $0, with no commission on the haul.
-
How does the truck get paid?
Directly from the contractor. LVaggregate does not process, hold, or collect payment for hauls — the only thing the platform bills is the owner-operator subscription. Once the work is done, the owner-operator invoices the contractor and the two of them settle payment on their own terms, commonly by ACH or check.
Because of that, the platform cannot guarantee payment and is not a party to any billing or payment disagreement between users. Rates are set by the contractor when the load is posted, and both sides should agree on invoicing and payment terms before the first haul.
-
How are owner-operators and contractors verified?
We manually review every owner-operator’s DOT number and truck insurance. Contractors are verified through their business license and surety bond.
-
What geographic area does the platform serve?
The platform currently serves the Las Vegas Valley area.
-
How secure is my payment information?
Our checkout and subscription system is PCI-DSS compliant. We use Stripe to process your payments. As a result, your sensitive credit card data is not stored on our server.
-

How and when do I get paid?

How do I find and book loads?
Browse the Find Loads page. You can filter loads by truck type. When you see a load that fits your schedule, select an approved truck and click “Request Booking”.
NOTE
When you request a booking, your truck is “locked” for that time slot to prevent double-booking. It remains locked until the contractor approves or rejects your request. -
What documents are required for my trucks?
You’ll need to upload proof of your auto liability insurance. Just make sure the coverage is for $1,000,000 or more. Worker comp and or occupational accident certificate 100/100/500.
NOTE: To keep booking loads, make sure your insurance document is up to date. On your truck’s insurance expiration date, you will be unable to book loads for that date or after until you upload a valid insurance document. We’ll email you a reminder one week beforehand.
