These documents are visible to other registered users for business verification purposes. We do not independently verify their accuracy.
1.4 Payment Information
Subscription payments are processed through third-party providers, including:
- Stripe
We do not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment details on our servers.
Payment information is handled directly by our payment processors under their privacy policies.
The Company does not process or hold load payments between users.

When you create an account, you consent to the following information being visible to other registered users as necessary for load booking and business verification:
Contractors can view Owner-Operators’:

- Truck details
- Uploaded compliance documents
Owner-Operators can view Contractors’:
- Business name
- Contact information (name, email, phone, address)
- Load request details
- Uploaded compliance documents
This visibility is necessary for independent businesses to evaluate and enter into agreements.
3.2 Service Providers
We may share information with trusted service providers that support the Platform, including:
- Payment processors (Stripe)
- Email delivery providers
- Hosting providers
- Analytics providers
- Advertising and measurement providers (Meta Platforms, Inc. — the Meta Pixel)
These providers process information only as necessary to provide services to us.
Advertising and measurement. The Platform uses the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure the performance of our advertising. These tools receive information about pages you visit on the Platform, the website that referred you, and when you complete a signup. This information is used for measurement and to improve and optimize our advertising, and is processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. under Meta's privacy policy. In regions where advertising consent is required before such tools may load, they are not loaded. You can opt out through your browser's tracking settings and Meta's Ad Preferences.
3.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose personal information if required by law, court order, subpoena, or to protect:
